Many glossy/satin inkjet papers feel flimsy – like a thin RC photographic paper. Not this one. It has unique heft. It approaches the weight of a fibre base photographic paper. That’s not all. Many digital workers don’t realise that ‘instant’ drying, water resistant, bright white papers may significantly shorten the life of their prints and the bright white actually detracts from the print’s appeal. This luxurious paper is designed to extend the life of dye based inkjet prints (i.e. if you are not using one of the special pigment ink monochrome systems, but using original inks in such machines as the Epson 1290 or Canon i950 or i9100, but not the Epson 2100/2200. This paper has a lovely natural white base, and takes a minute or two to dry properly, but you should see the results! Ideal too for prints for publication – make yours stand out from the rest.
