The 'Book of DiXactol™' will be a collection of pictures made from negatives processed in DiXactol™ developer. All users of the developer are invited to submit good quality monochrome prints for inclusion.

Conditions of Submission and Acceptance
1 The person submitting an entry warrants that he/she holds the copyright of each picture submitted for publication.
2 A maximum of 5 entries may be made by any one person. Each must be accompanied by a separate fully completed submission form signed by the photographer. Photocopies of this submission form may be used. The title and photographer's name should be marked on the reverse of each print outside the image area i.e. on the margins.
3 Entries must be well packaged. Multiple entries may be packaged together. 3 Photographs submitted must be monochrome prints on fibre base or resin coated paper made from negatives developed in DiXactol© developer.
4 The maximum print size must not exceed 10x8 inches, and the minimum should not be less than 8½x6½ inches.
5 Prints will not be returned, but they will not be used for any other purpose than the 'Book of DiXactol™'. However, Barry Thornton reserves the right to use further any picture submitted in any medium without a reproduction fee purely for the purposes of promotion of the book. Copyright at all times remains the property of the person submitting the print.
6 Barry Thornton has the sole right to use or reject for publication in this book any submitted print without further explanation, and to edit captions or titles.
7 No guarantee of the publication date of the 'Book of DiXactol™' is given by Barry Thornton. While every reasonable effort will be made to ensure acceptable quality, no guarantee is given of reproduction quality.
